Seriously can’t rate these guys high enough. Dan’s team is really experienced and has helped us a few times now. They have repaired both our furnace and AC resulting from poor maintenance from previous owners of our home. One of their guys even spent time on the phone to convince a manufacturer to warranty our unit even though the previous owners did not set the warranty up as they were supposed to. If it is broke, they will fix it for a fair price. If it is running, they will help keep it running for a long time. Again, highly recommend.

Dan and his team were excellent. They were able to address the issue we had and fix it right up. I feel the pricing was a little high, but they were extremely efficient. I had a one-year-old sleeping upstairs; they warned me there would be some drilling for 10–15 minutes. Got it done in 5 and completed the whole task in about 30 minutes. My wife and I had two separate HVAC companies come out to try and help us. They both told us it was electrical. These guys saw the resolution to the issue immediately. All in all, these guys know what they’re doing, and they do it fast. I feel for 30 minutes of work (with 3 guys) the pricing was a little high. However, if I have any other issues in the future, I will be contacting them due to their efficiency and professionalism.

I am extremely happy with the service I have received from Priority Comfort. When I was shopping for a new HVAC system, we needed the ductwork and basically everything replaced. Priority Comfort did a fantastic job when our AC unit suddenly went out in the middle of a hot, June week in North Carolina. They did a great job and got the job done within 2 days of our unit crapping out. Come to find out, the unit caught on fire from a previous repair gone wrong.
